Here we have some of the daily Quranic verses every Muslim must read daily. We classified these daily Quranic verses part by part so that you can easily recite the Quran daily.
1. Quran Surah Al-Fatihah (1:1-7)
The Quran surah Al Fatihah becomes the greatest surah as the opening of the Quran. There are a lot of virtues of surah Al-Fatihah in the Quran. It is so important that it has numerous names, each name describes its powerful meaning.
It’s called the Al-Fatiha as the opening, Umm-al Quran as the mother of the Quran, umm-al Kitab as the mother of the book, Sab’ul Mathani as the seven often repeated verses, Al-Hamd as the praise towards Allah, As-Salah as the prayer, Ash-Shifa as the cure, Asas Al-Quran as the fundamental of the Quran.
2. Quran Surah Al-Kahf (18: 1-110)
The Prophet Muhammad said: “Whoever would read Surat Al-Kahf on Friday it would provide him of light for the duration between the two Fridays.” (Sahih Muslim). Similarly, stated by Tafsir ibn Kathir “Whoever reads and memorizes the first ten verses of Surat al- Kahf will be saved from the fitnah of Al-Dajjal.”
3. Quran Surah Al-Mulk (67: 1-30)
There are blessing virtues of surah Al Mulk in the Quran. The Prophet Muhammad mentions that “There is a surah in the Qur’an which is only thirty verses. It defended whoever recited it until it puts him into paradise”.
The surah claimed by the prophet should be in the heart of every Muslim. It will be the protector of man from the strain of the grave.
4. Quran Surah Al-Kafirun (109: 1-6)
If you recite the Quran surah Al Kafirun daily, it is believed that will protect or save one from shirk. Shirk describes it as the sin of practising idolatry or polytheism.
Your heart will clean from bad thoughts because it will ease the bad thoughts in yours. The best way to recite them is after morning prayer. Recite it 11 times daily, so that you will feel the difference.
5. The Three Quls of The Quran
The three Quls are mentioned as the last three surahs of the Quran. There are An Nas (114: 1-6), Al Falaq (113: 1-5), and Al Ikhlas (112: 1-4). Narrated by ‘Aisha (R.A.): “Whenever the Prophet went to bed, he used to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas, Surat Al-Falaq, and Surat An-Nas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face, and front of his body. He used to do that three times.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari).
By reciting them daily can protect Muslims from anything that may harm them during sleep along the night.
6. Quran surah Al Waqi’ah (56: 1-96)
If you recite the Quran surah Al Waqi’ah daily, you will knowledge by the truth and the wrong thing. Besides, you will be more understandable of the reality between life after and the world now. Surely, you have all of the knowledge about the Jannah and the Fire.
7. Ayat Al-Kursi (2: 255)
The Ayatul Al-Kursi is the most special verse in the Quran. It appears in the surah Al Baqarah verse 255. It was reported by Abu Hurairah (RA) that someone used to come upon him and take from the charity which the Prophet Muhammad had made him guardian overnight after night.
So on the third night, he said: “I will report you to the Messenger of Allah (SAW)”, ‘read ‘Ayat ‘al-Kursi completely, for there is still upon you from Allah a guardian, and no shaytan can get close to you until you enter upon morning.’ Then the prophet Muhammad said: “He told you the truth and he is a liar, (that was a shaytan).” (Sahih Al-Bukhari).
8. Surah As-Sajdah (Every Night) –
Sunnah. When we say sunnah, some people turn away because it is not wajib (obligatory). But please don’t turn away from the sunnah. And this sunnah is easy cuz it has only 30 ayat.
Whatever The Prophet (SAW) did has a reason. Allah (SWT) actually tells us in a Hadith that if you love him, you should follow the Sunnah of the Final Messenger (SAW). And there is some Hadith that say it intercedes for you
9. Surah ‘Isra/Bani Israel (Every night) –
Sunnah. But if you don’t want, it’s okay because this Surah is a big one and maybe you might get tired.
10. Surah Az-Zumar (Every night) –
Sunnah. This is a little bit easier than ever the 3rd one. The Prophet (SAW) gave more importance to surah Mulk and Sajdah, so, if you don’t wanna read this Surah, it’s fine but it’s worth the try.
11 Surah Al-Kaafiroon (before sleep) –
Protection from shirk, the worst sin.
12. Surah Al-Baqarah (Randomly) –
Surah Al-Baqarah will bring barakah into your life and intercede for you on the day of judgement. The Prophet (SAW) told us that the people abandoning this Surah will wish they had read it. He didn’t read the surah on a daily basis (daily, weekly, monthly) so you can recite it randomly but frequently.
13. Surah Ali-’Imran (Randomly) –
Intercession on the Day of Judgement. Recite this frequently because facing judgement without an intercessor on the day of judgement would be terrible. I mean we all do sins, if we have an intercessor, it’s better.
14. Surah Al-Kahf (Thursday-Friday) –
Time: Thursday sunset to Friday sunset.
By hearing, the first 10 Ayat of this Surah will protect you from the greatest fitna – The fitna of dajjal. Light will come from your heart that will reach as far as the Ka’ba until the next Thursday sunset.
15. Suratul Falaq and An-Nas
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, “Recite Surat Al-Ikhlas and Al- Mu’awwidhatain (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times at dawn and dusk. It will suffice you in all respects.”
