A recent incident shocked the country, a student’s dead body was found at Binghamton University due to which the university canceled classes on Monday. The university issued an emergency alert at 8:56 a.m. on Monday morning.

The alert notified students that Campus Police were investigating an incident outside the Bartle Library Tower. The university’s website said the cancellation was due to “an ongoing investigation outside the Bartle Library Tower”.

Binghamton University classes were canceled as of 9:23 a.m. Monday and at 10:47 a.m., the university sent an alert indicating that the investigation was complete and the scene had been cleared.

The case is still under investigation and there is no further information about the case that who killed the student, how he died etc. In fact, reports indicated that there was no criminal activity involved in the university.
