NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Industry veterans Matt Galle and Andrew Ellis have both independantly signed on with Paradigm, taking their entire artist roster along with them.

Both Ellis and Galle will work out of Paradigm's New York office, starting immediately. Their roster includes a slew of major artists such as My Chemical Romance, Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, Boys Like Girls, Alkaline Trio, Metro Station, Hellogoodbye, Circa Survive, Thrice, New Found Glory, and Say Anything.

"We're so excited that Sam (Paradigm Chairman, Sam Gores) shared our vision and enthusiasm for Andrew, Matt and their bands and worked with Chip and I to make sure that Paradigm was the perfect home for them," noted Paradigm's Marty Diamond. "They add a great deal to our team from day one and we are very proud that they decided to join us when they had the opportunity to call their shot with any agency in the business."

Andrew Ellis founded Ellis Industries agency in 2000 after realizing his 'band-discovering' talent while working as a part time stage manager. He attributes his success to timing, luck, and loving the music of the artists he represents, working by the motto "An agent's as big and as powerful as the bands he represents. When he thinks he's more powerful than his acts, then he's in a lot of trouble."

"After the first meeting at Paradigm it seemed like a very natural fit, when the whole idea of joining another company was f**king crazy to me. I am very excited about the future." Andrew Ellis said.

Matt Galle helped to found the Kenmore Agency in Boston in 2000 and joined Ellis Industrial in 2003.

"After looking at all the options out there for me and the artists that I represent, Paradigm was clearly the best fit for me. There was freedom, energy, opportunities and a good company to make my bands and I feel welcome."- CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
