The extensive property is also home to a swimming pool, a heated in-ground private waterfall, and four parking spaces.

Suzanne Somers had previously attempted to auction off the property in January 2018 with no minimum price, but a buyer was not found.

The home had also been listed at a higher price of $27.5 million about a decade ago.
