A former NFL cheerleader turned actress, Amber Lancaster has had a career that she feels proud of. Amber Leigh Lancaster was born on the 19th of September 1980, in Tacoma, Washington State. Born and raised in Washington State, not much is known about Lancaster and the actress has been quiet about her early life. As a young kid, she attended the Franklin Pierce High School in Tacoma and went on to win the title of Miss Washington Teen USA in 1998. 

After graduating high school, Lancaster joined the cheer-leading squad for the Seattle Sea Hawks Football Team, called the Sea Gals. She stayed with the team for five seasons before moving on to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. Talking about her early choices, Lancaster revealed,

“I started cheerleading for the Seattle Seahawks right out of high school, while going to college and working full time. Looking back, I don’t know how I did it. I had no time for anything!! In 2005, my roommate and I decided we were both ready for a change, so we packed up a U-Haul truck and drove [to Los Angeles], with no plan, no money, no job. It was the craziest thing I think I’ve ever done.”

Life as an actor:

Following her move to Los Angeles, Lancaster decided to get into the entertainment industry and started acting in movies. She made her debut appearance in 2003 as the main dancer on the TV series, Soul Train. She worked on the series for three years and made appearances in 68 episodes. The next year, she was seen in Redline (2007) followed by a short appearance in Days of Our Lives (2007). Following a one-off appearance in My Own Worst Enemy (2008), Lancaster was cast as a model on the show The Price Is Right. Since then, Lancaster has enjoyed a couple of smaller roles in different titles including Entourage (2009), Community (2010), The Hard Times of RJ Berger (2010-11), The Bold and the Beautiful (2011), CSI: Miami (2011), Just My Luck (2012), and Leading L.A. (2013).

Amber Lancaster is happily married to businessman A.J. Allodi. The pair tied the knot in Palm Springs, California on the 7th of October, 2017. In late August 2019, Lancaster underwent a partial hysterectomy, to remove her uterus due to complications caused in childbirth.
